400	MissingParameter.ScalingGroupId	The required parameter ScalingGroupId is not supplied.	伸缩组ID不能为空。
404	InvalidScalingGroupId.NotificationConfigurationNotFound	The specified NotificationConfiguration of the ScalingGroup does not exist.	指定的伸缩组通知配置不存在。
500	InternalError	An internal error has occurred.	内部错误，请重试。如果多次尝试失败，请提交工单。
