400	SysTemTagConflict	can not operate system tag, it is only for service	不能操作系统标签
400	InvalidSystemTagKey	system tag key [%s] is invalid, it must be sys:${ServiceName}:${variable}	无效的系统标签，系统标签格式必须是：sys:${ServiceName}:$
400	SystemTagServiceConflict	the service in system tag [%s] not match request service [%s]	系统标签的服务与当前服务不匹配
400	CustomTagQuotaExceeded	the resource [%s] custom tag quota exceed, it can add custom tag at most [%d]	客户标签数超出quota限制
400	SystemTagQuotaExceeded	the resource [%s] system tag quota exceed, it can add system tag at most [%d]	系统标签数超出quota限制
400	NotSupportResourceType	the resource type [%s] not support	不支持的资源类型
500	InternalError	Something went wrong in internal service, please try again later	服务内部系统错误，往往是由服务内部组件异常、网络异常或服务自身bug导致，请及时联系相关管理员进行排查确认
