rds_ai.ai_rag 依次执行问题向量化、向量检索、可选重排序和文本生成，并返回基于检索上下文的答案。

- 返回
返回一个 text 答案。未提供且未配置 rerank 模型时，会发出 WARNING 并按原始向量检索顺序生成答案；该函数不返回检索片段或距离。
- 错误行为
- 问题、schema、表名、列名为空，topn 非正数，距离类型或三个参数对象不合法时抛出错误。
- embedding 或 prompt 默认模型缺失、显式模型不存在或类型不兼容时抛出错误；缺少可用 rank 默认模型只警告并跳过重排序。
- 函数为 SECURITY INVOKER；调用者缺少来源列权限时抛出错误，RLS 会限制参与检索的行。
- 向量类型/维度不匹配、表列不存在、模型响应解析失败，或任一必需 HTTP 调用失败时抛出错误。
- 达到并发上限时等待；达到 token 配额时，涉及的模型请求被拒绝。
