问问助手调用 DeleteAllowList 接口删除一个已经创建的白名单规则。
使用说明
创建白名单规则后，可以使用此接口删除对应的白名单规则。若白名单已经绑定了 RocketMQ 实例，则不可直接删除，应解除所有绑定实例之后再进行删除操作。
注意事项
请求频率：该接口请求频率限制为 100 次/秒；单用户请求频率限制为 20 次/秒。

请求参数
Action string 必选 示例值：DeleteAllowList
要执行的操作，取值：DeleteAllowList。
Version string 必选 示例值：2023-01-01

AllowListId string 必选 示例值：acl-d1d6af207f3d41f69af8bc5136a7****
待删除的白名单 ID。
