If the available balance in your account (including account balance and coupons) is less than the payable amount, your account will be considered overdue. You will then receive SMS or email reminders about insufficient balance. This topic explains the status of your resources and what you can do if your account is overdue.
- Once your account becomes overdue, your resources will enter a reserved period and your usage will be restricted. Once the reserved period ends, your resources will be forcibly reclaimed, and they can not be recovered. Please top up and settle your overdue bill within the specified time (before the forced reclamation of resources) to avoid interruption of file storage resources.
- Once the bill is paid, the file system suspended due to overdue payment will automatically start and enter the running state.
tip
- After settling the overdue bill, confirm that the available balance in your account (including account balance and coupons) is at least CNY 100; otherwise, you will not be able to create a file system.
- Regardless of whether your resources are frozen or released, you are required to settle the fees as invoiced.
Resource reclamation after overdue payment
- Suspension time: 2 hours after payment is overdue
- Reclamation time: 7 days and 2 hours after payment is overdue
When your account is overdue for more than 2 hours, the instance status in the instance management list changes to Suspended.
The statuses of resources at the various stages of overdue payments are as follows:
