Unless otherwise stated, all prices for products or services on the VolcanoEngine platform are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). VAT Rate Adjustment: Should national tax policies change, leading to an adjustment in the applicable VAT rate during the service provision or product usage period, the VAT rate applied to VolcanoEngine products or services will be adjusted accordingly in compliance with the national policy, while the pre-tax price remains unchanged.

We support issuing VAT invoices equivalent to the amount of your successfully placed orders and/or issued bills within your VolcanoEngine account. You can apply for a VAT invoice via the Invoice management section of Billing Center in the VolcanoEngine console, or through other channels designated and notified by VolcanoEngine from time to time. We will issue the VAT invoice promptly upon receiving your application. If the specific rules for a service you use differ from the terms herein, or if both parties have otherwise agreed, those specific service rules or separately agreed terms and conditions shall prevail. For periodically settled services and specific usage volumes, the company also reserves the right to request users to provide creditworthiness proof, advance payment, a deposit, or other conditions deemed necessary by the company for service activation and ordering.

We will issue VAT invoices to you based on the products or services you purchase. See the following table for the invoice information:

You are responsible for cross-border fees (China Telecom, China Unicom) and must pay the line operator directly. You can pay these fees via the console or offline. Invoices for these charges will be issued directly by the line operator.

If a refund is involved and an invoice has already been issued for the refund amount, you must prepare the required documents for invoice cancellation as specified. Submit the invoice cancellation request via the VolcanoEngine Console -> Billing Center -> Invoice Management, or through other supported channels. Please provide the relevant documents for invoice cancellation when submitting your refund request. After our review and confirmation, the refund will be processed.
