InvalidParameter	key parameter error, such as Action or Version parameters	400
InvalidKeyStatus	the user master key status does not allow the current operation, for example: performing Encrypt on a key in Disable status	400
Reject.Throttling.CMK	user master key invocation rate limit	403
Reject.Throttling.Action	API call rate limit	403
Reject.Service.Overdue	Account overdue, please recharge and try again	403
Reject.Service.Opening	service activation in progress, please try again later	403
Not Found	Resource does not exist, for example: looking up a non-existent user master key	404
Conflict	Resource creation conflict, for example: creating a key ring or user master key that already exists	409
UndefinedError	Unknown error	500
