Secret manager Billing Description

Billing method

Secret manager charges for two items. The total fee equals the sum of both items based on the customer's specific usage:

Secret hosting fee

Key creator	Billing item	Public cloud region unit price (yuan/item/day)
User	Number of secrets stored	0.1

Note: The minimum billing cycle is one day. Billing starts on the day the user creates the secret.

API call fee

Charges are based on the total number of API requests the user sends to Secret manager each month in each region

Billing item	Mainland China public cloud region unit price (yuan/10,000 calls)
Secret API call count	0.4

Note: All API requests made to Secret manager generate fees, including those from console operations.

Price example

Created 20 secrets on October 1 and none were deleted by the end of the month

Secret hosting fee = public cloud region unit price (yuan/item/day) * 31 * 20 = 0.1 * 30 * 20 = 62 yuan/month​

Total API calls from October 1 to October 31: 20,000

API call fee = unit price in the public cloud region (per 10,000 calls/month) * number of calls (10,000) = 0.4 * 2 = 0.8 yuan/month​

API call fee + secret hosting fee = 62 yuan + 0.8 yuan = 62.8 yuan/month
