What is APMPlus

Application Performance Monitoring Plus (APMPlus) focuses on application service quality, performance, and custom instrumentation. Leveraging advanced data collection and monitoring technologies, it provides end-to-end application performance monitoring services for enterprises, covering Server-side Monitoring such as root cause analysis for AI large models, LLM trace issue locating, as well as comprehensive agent monitoring and tracing, and RUM such as App Monitoring, WebPro Monitoring, Mini Pro Monitoring, PC Monitoring, and OS Monitoring. It helps enterprises improve the efficiency of troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Product architecture

APMPlus provides end-to-end APM services, evolving from network and infrastructure availability monitoring to end-to-end monitoring centered on applications and businesses. It offers architectural benefits such as end-to-end monitoring, low-cost integration, richer exception scene restoration capabilities, and flexible and cost-effective collection methods. It is capable of supporting end-to-end performance monitoring for services with billions of daily active users.

Core features

APMPlus not only helps you detect various exceptions in your applications, send alerts, and assign tasks, but also provides rich attribution capabilities, such as stack analysis, scheduling analysis, dimension analysis, instrumentation analysis, and single‑point log queries. In addition, it provides flexible reporting capabilities, enabling you to quickly grasp trend changes of various metrics.

Currently, APMPlus provides Server-side Monitoring and RUM. RUM includes App Monitoring, WebPro Monitoring, Mini Monitoring, Mini Pro Monitoring, PC Monitoring, and OS Monitoring. Server-side Monitoring integrates with Java, Go, Python, and other applications via self‑developed agents or OpenTelemetry, enabling monitoring of services such as large models, LLMs, and agents.
