400	InvalidParameter	The specified parameter %s is invalid.
400	QuotaExceeded.DeliveryChannel	You've reached the limit on the number of delivery channels, please submit ticket to request an increase in quota.	该账号下的投递渠道已超quota限额，请删除非必要的投递渠道或提工单提额
400	ServiceNotEnabled	The operation are prohibited when service is not enabled.	服务处于非开启状态时，禁止执行该操作
404	DeliveryChannelTargetNotExist	The delivery channel target does not exist.	投递渠道目标不存在
500	InternalError	The request has failed due to an unknown error.
