Arrears

This topic describes the impact of being in arrears on Bandwidth Package. View Available Balance

An account in arrears may cause Pay-as-you-go Bandwidth Packages to be suspended or even released. The platform has set a grace period for resources. Within the grace period, the resources are retained and you can continue using the resources after you recharge your account and clear overdue payments. No impact on the features of resources. After the grace period has expired, the system will forcibly reclaim the Bandwidth Package resources and permanently delete all related data. Regardless of whether your instances are suspended or released, you shall settle the issued bills based on the actual.

Subscription

An overdue payment of an account does not affect the unexpired Subscription resources under the account. For more details, see Expiration.
