Expiration

After a Subscription Bandwidth Package expires, VolcanoEngine platform reserves related resources for a certain period. During this grace period, you can renew or unsubscribe this Bandwidth Package. After renewal, you can continue to use the Bandwidth Package. While the resource is immediately released upon unsubscription. If you perform no actions during the grace period, the Bandwidth Package resources will be forcibly released after this period and cannot be recovered.

The status of Bandwidth Package resource and billing after arrears is shown below:

At 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before and on the expiration date of a Subscription Bandwidth Package instance, the platform sends notifications by SMS, email, or onsite messages based on your reminder settings to remind you that the resources are about to expire.

Expiration stage description

Expiration time: At 23:59:59 on the expiration day.

Suspension time: 12 hours after expiration.

Release time: 14 days and 12 hours after suspension.
