In order to provide you with more reliable and stable services, we plan to update the Service Level Agreement of RDS for PostgreSQL.
Updates
- The following disclaimer clause regarding service unavailability exemptions will be modified:
“（18） 由于实例资源（包括但不限于 CPU、内存、硬盘）使用率过高且未及时升级实例配置”修改为“（18）由于实例资源（包括但不限于 CPU 、内存、硬盘）使用率过高，且客户未及时升级实例配置，导致的系统性能降级（如响应缓慢、系统假死、复制延时或中断），以及日志重放操作所引起的服务不可用”。
- The following two disclaimer clauses regarding service unavailability exemptions will be added:
（19）由于客户违反服务条款导致的云数据库 PostgreSQL 版实例服务被暂停或终止，而引起的服务不可用，包括欠费所导致服务暂停或被释放。
（20）由于开源社区 BUG 导致的云数据库 PostgreSQL 版实例出现业务问题；
Effective time
The updated "Service Level Agreement" will take effect at 00:00:00 on July 2, 2026.
