Call the SwitchSQLConcurrencyControlRule API to enable or disable SQL throttling rules.
Request type
Asynchronous request.
Precautions
Only PostgreSQL 14 to PostgreSQL 17 instances created on or after October 15, 2026 support enabling or disabling the SQL throttling rules.
