Background
When you successfully cancel a paid certificate order, the fee is refunded to your original payment method. When you successfully cancel a free certificate order, your free certificate quota is restored.
warning
When you cancel an order, any promotional discounts applied to it will become void. For example, in the Certificate Center, new product users can get 90% off their first five beta certificates >>#.c3Ns6K-B5Lmm5Lu35qC8 (only ¥3.8 per certificate, limited to new product users). If you cancel the order for the fifth beta certificate, the 90% discount will not be available for your next beta certificate purchase.
Conditions for canceling an order
You can cancel your SSL certificate order if it meets any of the following conditions:
- You have not submitted a certificate request.
- The certificate has not been issued.
- It has been no more than five calendar days since the certificate was issued.
Procedure
- Log in to the Certificate Center console.
- In the left navigation pane, select SSL certificate > Certificate management.
- On the Certificate management page, find your certificate instance and click Cancel Order in the Actions column.
tip
The Cancel Order action is only available when the certificate instance meets the order cancellation conditions.
- Click Confirm.
When you cancel an order, the certificate's state will change to Cancelled.
