This article describes how to download and install the Python SDK for Big Data File Storage CFS.
Prerequisites
Ensure Python 2.7 or later is installed.
tip
You can check the current Python version using the python --version command.

Please refer to Python SDK for the source code address of the Big Data File Storage CFS Python SDK.
Steps
You can install the SDK using any of the following methods:
- Install the SDK using the pip command.
pip install volcengine-python-sdk
- Download the Python SDK source code and install it using the Setuptools tool. You can run the appropriate command based on your business requirements to install the SDK.
- Run the following command to install the SDK for a specified user.
python setup.py install --<username>
- Run the following command to install the SDK for all users.
sudo python setup.py install
