Renewal #

Pay-As-You-Go is billed based on actual usage and does not require renewal.
Subscription can be renewed upon expiration, with the following two methods:

• Automatic renewal: 7 days before expiration, the fee is automatically deducted from the Volcano Enginaccount balance. If the balance is insufficient, the deduction will fail, and the overdue suspension mechanism will be triggered.
• Manual renewal: Manually renew in the resource queue on the console. If renewal is not completed by the expiration date, the overdue suspension mechanism will be triggered.

Cancellation #

Pay-As-You-Go does not support cancellations. This mode is billed based on actual usage; no charges are incurred if not used.
Subscription instances support cancellations and comply with the "non-7-day unconditional cancellation" rule.
Refund amount calculation formula:

• In the Subscription scenario, if the usage duration is less than 30 days: Refund amount = Actual order value - Monthly list price at purchase * [Usage duration (days) / (365/12)] * applicable discount * 1.5 * [Actual order value / (Actual order value + voucher deduction amount)]
• In the Subscription scenario, if the usage duration is greater than or equal to 30 days: Refund amount = Actual order value - Monthly list price at purchase * [Usage duration (days) / (365/12)] * applicable discount * [Actual order value / (Actual order value + voucher deduction amount)]
