Pay-as-you-go

• The account is considered overdue when the account balance is less than 0 yuan.
• Within 2 hours after the account becomes overdue, EMR and VKE will remain in the "Running" state, and the account will receive an overdue payment notification.
• If the account remains overdue for more than 2 hours, the resources of your EMR cluster will enter a retention period, and resource usage will be restricted. The EMR service will be shut down, EMR will stop charging, and the related resources will be in the "Stopped" state.
  • 2 hours overdue < retention period < 15 days + 2 hours overdue
  • During the retention period, the following operations are restricted:
    • Create virtual cluster
    • Expand virtual cluster
    • Shrink virtual cluster
    • Expand disk
    • Change node configuration
    • Release virtual cluster
    • All service operations
    • Submit Job to virtual cluster
  • During the retention period, after the bill is settled, EMR nodes that were shut down due to overdue payment will automatically start and enter the "Restoring" state, and will eventually return to the "Running" state.
• If the retention period is exceeded, your resources will be forcibly reclaimed, and the data and configurations within the related cluster will be released. Once resources are reclaimed, they cannot be restored.
• Please recharge and settle the overdue bill in a timely manner within the specified period to avoid being unable to use the cluster normally.
