Issue description
Migration fails, and the migration log file smc.log records the following ERROR message: "The system time on your host differs significantly from the standard time. Please adjust the system time on your host."
Cause
ECS instances on the VolcanoEngine platform are set to Beijing Time (UTC+8) by default. Migration fails when the source server time differs significantly from Beijing Time.
