Update details
- Added a new disclaimer clause where service unavailability is not counted toward service downtime: this applies when an instance lacks high-availability capabilities due to customer adjustments to the instance configuration (including but not limited to: setting an instance to global read-only, which causes write requests to be rejected; configuring an unreasonable instance read weight, which causes a read-only node to become abnormal and prevents read traffic from being balanced to other nodes; or the read-only connection endpoint being unable to handle services when its only configured read-only node becomes abnormal).
- Removed content related to RDS for MySQL Basic Edition and RDS for PostgreSQL Basic Edition.
Effective date
The updated Service Level Agreement takes effect at 00:00:00 on April 15, 2025.
