This topic describes how to view the switchover log and error log.
Procedure
- Log on to the RDS for MySQL console.
- In the upper left corner of the top menu bar, select the project and region to which the instance belongs.
tip
If the project of the instance has not been set, the project should be selected as All resources.
- Click on Instances in the left navigation bar.
- On the Instances page, click on the target instance name.
- At the top of the page, click the Logs tab to view the Switchover log and Error log for the instance.
tip
- The Switchover log tab displays the New primary node, Old primary node, Switch type, and Switch time.
- The Error log tab displays the Collection time and Log details.
