Login-free access to the alarm details page
TLS alarm features offer a login-free details page. You can access the page directly via the login-free link in alarm notifications without entering your Volcengine account or password. On this page, you can also perform basic actions, such as disabling the alarm policy. This topic describes the steps for accessing the alarm details page without log in.
- When creating, we recommend using the alarm test feature to confirm that the alarm policy and channels are available.
- In the content template, add the alarm details page link variable {{SignInUrl}}. For detailed instructions, see Create content template.
- The link is valid for 12 hours. After expiration, login-free access is unavailable.
- We do not recommend including login-free links in SMS channels. For one thing, Android devices can not access to login-free links in SMS notifications due to its security restriction. For another, login-free links in SMS may be truncated due to their length and thus the links become invalid.
- Before accessing the login-free alarm details page for the first time, make sure TLS has the permissions of the service-associated role ServiceRoleForTLS . TLS will use this role to access resources in other cloud products.
- After receiving an alarm notification, click the login-free link.
- For example, after receiving an alarm notification in a Lark group, click the login-free link in the notification.
- Login-free access to the alarm details page.
- Perform alarm-related actions.
- View detailed information about the alarm policy.
- Close or recover alarm policy.
- Click Close or Temporarily close to disable this alarm policy. After closing, you can restore at any time as needed.
- Mark the alarm processing stage; record the handler and comments for related actions.
- The following actions only record the handler and comments, and do not trigger event flow.
Notice
The handler list on the alarm details page shows all IAM users under the main Volcengine account. If no suitable handler is available in the dropdown list, create an IAM user in the Access control console. For detailed steps, see Create user. - View historical comments.
- The Historical comments section displays all records of handlers confirming, resolving, or ignoring this alarm policy.
