The Authority Management feature in the Intelligent Marketing Agent console is a management tool used for the granular allocation of operational permissions for modules and resources such as the One-to-One Strategy Engine and Marketing Interaction Assistant. This feature enables administrators to efficiently configure permissions in bulk, prevent unauthorized operations, and ensure the security and controllability of marketing data and resources. It is suitable for typical scenarios such as multi-department marketing team collaboration and permission isolation among personnel of different ranks. This document describes the specific procedures for configuring permissions by user and by content.

User Management

User Management refers to a user-centric approach, granting specific content resource permissions to each user entity (user, user group, role).

Add User

  1. Log in to the Intelligent Marketing Agent console, and select Project Center > Authority Management from the left navigation bar.
  2. On the Authority Management page, select User Management > User, and click Add User.
    Image
  3. In the pop-up add dialog, enter the username to be added for selection, and grant specific project permissions (View/Manage). If the user cannot be found, click Create User to enter the Management Center and create a new user.

    tip

Note: Adding users in User Management under Project Center essentially adds IAM sub-users newly created in BytePlus access control and binds permissions to them.

  4. At the bottom of the User tab, click Manage All Users to search and view all users under the project, add new users, and perform management operations on them.

Authorize users/user groups/roles

During the authorization process, the administrator must first clarify the user type and object to be authorized, then select the specific authorization content and perform the authorization operation to ensure the controllability of usage permissions.

tip

If a user is granted different types of permissions as a user, user group, role, or department, the user's permissions are the union of all types.

Click a user, user group, or role, select the specific category of authorization content. Supported authorization content includes: projects, modules, and resources.

  • Manage project permissions: Set project permissions for specified users, user groups, and roles, including view and management permissions.
    Image
  • Manage module permissions: Set permissions for specified users, user groups, and roles within the One-to-One Engine and Marketing Interaction Assistant, including view, edit, and management permissions for each module.
    Image
  • Manage resource permissions: Set resource permissions for specified users, user groups, and roles for Memory Library, Profiling Assistant, Query Tool, etc., including view, edit, and management permissions.
