Call DeleteDirectConnectConnection to delete a specified Direct Connect (DC) Connection.

The ID of the DC Connection to be deleted.

You can call the DescribeDirectConnectConnections API to query the DC Connection ID.

Error codes

Status code	Error codes	Error message	Description
400	InvalidDirectConnectConnection.InUse	The specified direct connect connection can not be deleted when associated with virtual interfaces or shared connections.	The specified DC Connection has attached virtual interface or Shared Line and cannot be deleted.
400	InvalidDirectConnectConnection.InvalidStatus	The specified direct connect connection is not in the correct status for the request.	The specified DC Connection cannot respond to this request due to its status.
400	InvalidDirectConnectConnectionBusinessStatus.InUse	The specified direct connect connection can not be deleted until expired.	The specified DC Connection is under billing and cannot be deleted.
404	InvalidDirectConnectConnection.NotFound	The specified direct connect connection does not exist.	The specified DC Connection does not exist.
