If you no longer need a topic, you can delete it by following the instructions in this topic.
Notes
After you delete a topic, the system immediately stops providing services to the associated producers and consumers. The system also deletes the topic's metadata and message data. This data cannot be recovered. Proceed with caution.
Prerequisites
The associated RocketMQ instance is Running.
Steps
- Log in to the Message Queue for RocketMQ console.
- On the Instance List page, click the instance you want to manage.
- On the Topic Management tab, locate the topic you want to delete. Then, click ... > Delete in the Operation column.
- You can also select multiple topics and click Batch deletion to delete them all at once.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
