Backup service package

This article explains how to purchase storage resource packages in cloud backup.

Prerequisites

You have registered a Volcano Engine account and completed real name verification.

You have activated the D2C backup-to-cloud service following the guide.

Purchase backup service package

Log in to the Volcano Engine Cloud Backup console.

In the top menu bar, select the target region.

Go to Backup to Cloud D2C > Backup Service Package, then click Purchase Backup Service Package.

On the purchase page, select backup space specification, purchase duration, purchase quantity, and activation time as needed, then click Buy Now.

On the Confirm order information page, click Next step. If you have a voucher, click Redeem. Enter the voucher redemption code on the Voucher Redemption page to redeem.

On the Submit payment information page, select a payment method, then click To pay.

After a successful payment, click Go to Console to view details and usage records for the purchased resource package.

Resource package usage details

Click Resource package usage details to go to the resource package management page.

On the Resource package management page, you can view usage details and deduction records of resource packages.

View overall deduction details

Click Details to see all resource packages that have been fully deducted.

View usage details of a single resource package

Click Details in the Actions column of the target resource package to view its usage breakdown.
