This error indicates that the sub-account you logged in with does not have the permission policy for DBW. You need to contact the primary account to add the following permission policies to your account as needed:
- DbwFullAccess: Grants full access permissions for the Database Workshop (DBW).
- DBWDASFullAccess: Grants full administrative permissions for the operational management capabilities of the Database Workshop (DBW).
- DBWDASReadOnlyAccess: Grants read-only permissions for the operational management capabilities of the Database Workshop (DBW).
