The shared mGPU in containers itself does not incur any fees, but related GPU Compute Service (GPU), EBS Volume, Elastic IP (EIP), etc., may incur fees. Their metering methods, Account overdue, orders, and bills all follow the billing logic of the Product itself. For details, refer to:
