warning
  • The bandwidth, IOPS, and other indicators presented here all represent the performance ceiling achieved by the file system specifications through stress testing, based on typical benchmark business models under low utilization. For performance testing methods, refer to Performance test. In real cases, the actual performance depends on factors such as IO models, computing node configurations, and storage utilization.
  • The Intelligent_Computing_Edition offers two modes for network access. Once a mode is selected during instance creation, it cannot be altered:
  • VPC mode (Default): Computing nodes connect to storage resources through a virtual private cloud (VPC), while storage nodes use remote direct memory access (RDMA) to communicate.
  • RDMA mode (Optional): Both computing-storage and storage-storage communications use RDMA. This mode requires the coordinated delivery of computing and storage resources, which has a longer preparation cycle. If you wish to use RDMA mode, please contact your account manager in advance. Activating this mode may take additional time. Reach out to your account manager for more information.
  • The 300MB/s/TiB_Edition reached its end of sale (EOS) on May 31, 2024. However, this change will not affect the usage or capacity expansion needs of the existing file systems. Meanwhile, vePFS offers the Performance_Edition, which has performance similar to the 300 MB/s/TiB_Edition, but with improved functionality and scalability. Feel free to try it out!
