Overview
To enable private network interconnectivity between a China Mainland region and a region outside China Mainland via Transit Router (TR), the TR cross-border service is required. For TR supported regions, see Areas and Regions.
tip
This feature is currently available only for accounts with enterprise authentication completed. For procedure, see Enterprise authentication.
Prerequisites
- You have created a TR instance. For procedure, see Creating a Transit Router instance.
- You have created an inter-region attachment. For procedure, see Creating an inter-region attachment.
Configuration procedure
- Submit a cross-border application: The line operator will review your eligibility based on the submitted application materials.
- Purchase a cross-border bandwidth package: Once your cross-border eligibility is approved, you can purchase a bandwidth package for interconnecting a China Mainland region and a region outside China Mainland, i.e., a cross-border bandwidth package.
- Add an inter-region attachment to a cross-border bandwidth package: Add the inter-region attachment used for cross-border services to the cross-border bandwidth package, and allocate bandwidth to it.
