Unless otherwise specified, the prices of products and services on VolcanoEngine include the value-added tax (VAT). During the provision of services or your use of products, if the VAT rate changes due to adjustments in national tax policies, the VAT rate of products and services on VolcanoEngine will be adjusted accordingly. In such cases, the pre-tax prices remain unchanged.

You can apply for VAT invoices with the exact tax amount calculated based on the amounts of orders and/or issued bills in your account. To request VAT invoices, log in to the VolcanoEngine console and select Billing - Invoice management. You can also request VAT invoices using other methods specified and informed by VolcanoEngine. After receiving your request, we will issue the VAT invoices timely. If the terms of use for the services you are using are inconsistent with this provision or if a specific agreement has been reached between us, the terms of use or the specific agreement shall prevail. If a service and its usage are billed periodically, we reserve the right to ask you to provide a credit certificate, prepayment, deposit, or meet other conditions we deem necessary for service activation and subscription.

We will issue VAT invoices to you based on the products or services you purchase. See the following table for the invoice information:

If a refund is involved and the refund amount has been invoiced, you shall prepare the relevant information for the invoice refund according to our requirements. You should submit the invoice refund application via the VolcanoEngine console - Billing center - Invoice management or through other methods supported by platform, and provide us with the relevant information when submitting the invoice refund application. After we review and confirm that the information is correct, we will proceed with the refund. For details, see Invoice refund.

Your cross-border bandwidth package is provided by the line operator. Therefore, the VAT invoice will also be issued by the line operator.
