Create Group
A Consumer Group is a set of consumers with the same Group ID. By using a Group, you can ensure that messages from a Topic are consumed in parallel. When multiple Consumers in the same Group consume a Topic, each message is delivered to only one Consumer, achieving load balancing for consumption. This topic describes how to create a Consumer Group.
Prerequisites
Before creating a Consumer Group, make sure that you have created an instance. For related documentation, see Create BMQ Instance.
Operation steps
  1. In the top menu bar, select the target project and region.
  1. In the left navigation pane, select BMQ Instance, click the target instance name, and enter the instance details page.
  1. On the instance details page, select the Group Management tab, and then click Create Group.
  1. In the Create Group dialog box, set the Group name and description, and then click Create.
