During the use of an MQTT instance, if the instance's maximum Connections number and TPS cannot meet business requirements, you can choose to scale up the instance.

Limitations

Currently, only upgrading specifications is supported; downgrading specifications is not supported.

Steps

In the top menu bar, select the project and region.

In the left navigation bar, select MQTT instance, locate the target instance, and then click the Scale up button in the Operation column.

tip

You can also go to the Instance details page and click Change specification next to the instance specification.

On the Scale up MQTT instance page, reselect the instance specification, and then click Next: Confirm order.

Review the instance configuration information, read and check the relevant product agreements, and then click Submit.

Check the scale-up progress.

After submitting the order, you can return to the MQTT Instances page. The instance will show as Updating; after the scale-up is complete, it will show as Running.
