MQTT Agent overview
MQTT Agent is an intelligent analytics tool provided by Message Queue MQTT. It supports asking the Agent questions in natural language to query MQTT instances, clients, device credentials, parameter limits, and best practices, and assists in troubleshooting common issues such as client connection failures, frequent online/offline events, and ACL configuration.
tip
MQTT Agent is in closed beta. To use it, please contact your account manager.
MQTT Agent is suitable for the following scenarios:
- Query MQTT instances under the current account, as well as instance status, specification, and access configuration.
- Troubleshoot MQTT client connection failures, frequent online/offline events, and other access issues.
- Query information about online clients to help determine whether clients are connected properly.
- Query device credential information to assist in troubleshooting issues such as missing or abnormal credentials.
- Inquire about parameter limits such as MQTT connection count, TPS, topics, subscriptions, and message size.
- Ask about best practices for device access under poor network conditions, QoS selection, Keep Alive, Session, Retain, and will messages.
- MQTT Agent currently focuses on queries, consultations, and troubleshooting suggestions. Specific capabilities are subject to what is displayed in the console.
- Supported regions, instance types, and account permissions are subject to the console display and official Description.
- Please do not enter passwords, AccessKeys, tokens, device credential plaintext, or business-sensitive message content when asking questions.
- The results returned by the Agent are based on currently available information and product documentation. To locate production issues, please verify using console monitoring, client logs, and business-side information.
