ReleaseRuntime - 更新运行时版本

更新运行时的版本。

Action string 必选示例值：ReleaseRuntime

要执行的操作，取值：ReleaseRuntime。

Version string 必选示例值：2025-10-30

API的版本，取值：2025-10-30。

Description string 可选示例值：version-new

版本描述。

RollingStep integer 可选示例值：10

灰度发布步长。

取值：0 ～ 100。

单位：%。

RuntimeId string 必选示例值：r-ye7agye1a8cr38iu****

运行时ID。

TargetTrafficWeight integer 可选示例值：10

灰度发布的比例，即分配给新版本的流量占总流量的比例。

取值：0 ～100。

单位：%。

VersionNumber integer 可选示例值：1

发布版本号，0：表示发布最新版本。
