TOS generates bills per hour and deducts fees accordingly in real time. If the available balance in your account (including account balance and coupons) is less than the payable amount, your account will be considered overdue. You will then receive SMS or email reminders about insufficient balance.

Pay-as-you-go

You must top up and pay off your arrears within 24 hours. Otherwise, your TOS will become unavailable.

When your account is in arrears, Volcano Engine will do the following:

If you do not pay your arrears within 24 hours, Volcano Engine will suspend your TOS, but will retain your data. Since retained data occupies storage resources, your arrears will increase. See Storage for more information on how to calculate the increase.

If the balance remains unpaid 15 days after the suspension date, it will be considered a voluntary termination of service. Volcano Engine will then terminate your service agreement. All stored data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This policy applies unconditionally, regardless of whether you have active resource packages or what the validity status of your packages is.

Even if your account is suspended or terminated, you are still required to pay all invoices in full and correctly.
