Scheduled upload
TOS Browser allows you to schedule uploads, making it easy to back up your local files and folders at specific times. This topic explains how to create policies for scheduled uploads and how to view the associated tasks.
Notes
This feature is currently in closed beta. Please contact your account manager for access.
How it works
TOS Browser automatically runs your scheduled upload policies once a day, on the days you select, continuing until the policy expires. Only files that meet the conditions will be uploaded during the policy validity period. If the conditions are not met, the files will not be uploaded. The types of local files that TOS Browser uploads are as follows:
  • Files that exist locally but not in the destination bucket.
  • Files with the same name locally and in the destination bucket but different file sizes.
  • Files with the same name locally and in the destination bucket, where the object in the bucket was modified earlier than the local file.
Creating a scheduled upload policy
  1. On the Buckets page, click the alarm clock icon in the upper-right corner.
  1. In the Cronjob management panel, under the Upload policy tab, click Create policy.
