How to apply for a trial of beta features?

Some features of veFaaS are provided in beta. To use a beta feature, submit a ticket to apply.

Usage notes

You have completed account registration and verification. For details, see Account registration, Personal verification, and Enterprise verification.

For currently released features and their public availability status, see Release notes.

When a product feature is provided in beta, the corresponding product documentation may also be controlled by an allowlist. You need to request permission to view the documentation.

Application method

Contact your account manager at Volcano Engine to obtain trial access to the beta features.

To facilitate a quick trial, you can provide the following when applying:

Your Volcano Engine account ID.

The name of the verified individual or enterprise entity.

The name of the beta feature you are applying for.

The scenario and requirements for using this feature.

If you do not have a designated account manager, you can contact us by creating a ticket.
