[Product updates] Python 3.8 no longer supported

As of December 19, 2025 (Beijing Time), Python 3.8 will no longer be supported on the veFaaS.

You cannot select Python 3.8 or Native Python 3.8 when creating a new function.

Existing functions are not affected.
