What is the relationship between application configuration and instance configuration in the cloud sandbox?
Sandbox instance-level configuration overrides application-level configuration. If an instance is not individually configured, it inherits and reuses the configuration of the sandbox application it belongs to by default. The details are as follows:
  • Storage mount: An instance can mount the same storage as the application, but can choose a different mount directory. If the instance is not configured, it fully reuses the mount configuration of the application.
  • Image: An instance can be individually configured with a different image version than the application. If the instance is not configured, it reuses the application's image.
  • Environment variable: New environment variables can be set for an instance, and those inherited from the application can be overridden on a per‑instance basis. If the instance is not configured, it reuses all the application's environment variables.
