Contract management overview

Volcano Engine console contract management provides customers with application, signing, and query functions for four types of contracts: order contracts, product quotation contracts, credit contracts, and agency payment contracts.

Contracts applied for or signed by customers through the console are stamped with VolcanoEngine's electronic seal, and the electronic contracts hold the same legal validity as paper contracts.

Contract types

Order contracts: You can apply for contracts based on your prepaid orders or postpaid bills on Volcano Engine, suitable for payment requests or reimbursement scenarios. You can apply for order contracts self-service through the page; the contract will be stamped with VolcanoEngine's electronic seal after application.

Product quotation contracts: This contract includes business price discounts applied by Volcano Engine business managers for you. After contract approval, it will be pushed to your console. You can decide whether to sign it on the console page, and once agreed, it will be stamped with VolcanoEngine's electronic seal.

Credit contracts: This contract contains credit information applied by your Volcano Engine business manager. The contract will be sent to your console after approval. You can decide whether to sign the contract on the console page. Once you agree to sign, the contract will be sealed with the VolcanoEngine's electronic signature.

Agency Payment Contract: When you need to use a bank account that is inconsistent with the entity of your real - name authentication for corporate remittance, you need to sign a tripartite payment contract first before you can directly remit and recharge to your exclusive account of Volcano Engine.
