ArkClaw billing method and description

This topic describes ArkClaw billing method and package details to help you understand the related billing rules.

Billing method

ArkClaw uses a subscription billing method, requiring you to pay before using the service. You can purchase the service by month.

Billing cycle

A prepaid billing cycle is the duration you purchased (UTC+8 time). A billing cycle starts when the resources are delivered (accurate to the second) and ends at 23:59:59 on the expiration date.

For example, you create your ArkClaw on July 1, 2021, at 14:00:00, with a duration of 1 month. The billing cycle will be from 14:00:00 on July 1, 2021, to 23:59:59 on August 1, 2021.
