This topic describes how to integrate message channels such as Feishu, WeCom, and DingTalk bots with ArkClaw. After the integration, you can chat with ArkClaw through the corresponding bot. ArkClaw can also leverage bot capabilities to help you perform operations such as creating Feishu documents and scheduling calendar events.
tip
This topic describes how to configure message channels for the primary agent in ArkClaw. If you have built an agent team for ArkClaw, you can configure independent message channels for agents in the team. This allows conversations with different channel bots, where messages are delivered separately to respective agents within the team.
Integrate a Feishu bot
Quickly create and integrate a bot
Simply authorize with the Feishu app, and ArkClaw can quickly help you create a new Feishu bot and automatically integrate it for you.
warning
If a Feishu bot has already been configured for your ArkClaw, the existing bot information will be overwritten by the new one.
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select "Connect to Feishu".
- Select the "Quick configuration" tab, select "Connect Feishu CLI" as needed, and click "Generate QR code".
tip
- Feishu CLI is a command-line tool officially provided by Feishu. Through the rich commands and AI Agent Skills provided by Feishu CLI, ArkClaw helps you manage and operate Feishu more conveniently. It covers core business domains such as Feishu Messenger, Docs, Bases, Spreadsheets, Slides, Calendar, Email, Tasks, Meetings, and Markdown. Learn more
- If you do not want to enable Feishu CLI when configuring the message channel, you can enable it later during use. Learn more
- After the QR code is generated, you can authorize in the mobile app or browser.
- You can use the Feishu app installed on your phone to scan the QR code and quickly complete the Feishu application configuration and creation process.
- Adjust the Feishu bot avatar and name as needed.
warningAfter scanning the QR code, you need to enter the bot name and complete the creation within 10 minutes. If the operation times out, scan the QR code again to create the bot.- Click "Create now" to start the creation process.
If you cannot scan the QR code using the Feishu app installed on your phone, you can configure and create the Feishu application in a PC browser.- Click "Open in browser".
- Adjust the Feishu bot avatar and name as needed.
warningYou need to enter the bot name and complete the creation within 10 minutes. If the operation times out, regenerate the QR code and open the authorization link in the browser.- Click "Create now" to start the creation process.
- Once the bot is created, ArkClaw will automatically configure the new bot information for you.

During the configuration process, ArkClaw needs to restart the gateway. Please wait for the process to complete. If there is no response for a long time, we recommend that you restore ArkClaw to its factory settings and configure the bot information again by following the instructions in this step.
- When the output appears as shown below, it indicates that the target agent has completed the Feishu bot configuration. You can close the message channel configuration page.
- If you have selected "Connect Feishu CLI", authorize linking to Feishu CLI.
- Click the "Open authorization page" button.
- On the authorization page, confirm the permission information and click the "Activate and authorize" button.
- When "Activated and authorized" is displayed on the page, it means your ArkClaw has been linked to Feishu CLI.
- Return to your Feishu app and click the "Open application" button to communicate with ArkClaw via the Feishu bot.
Integrate an existing bot
Simply use the Feishu app to scan the QR code and authorize access, and ArkClaw will quickly help you configure permissions, callback, and other settings for your existing bot, and automatically integrate it with ArkClaw.
warning
- If a Feishu bot has already been configured for your ArkClaw, the existing bot information will be overwritten by the new one.
- If the Feishu bot you select is already integrated with another ArkClaw instance, the system will automatically remove the existing integration and retain only the integration with the newly selected ArkClaw instance. For example: Bot A was previously integrated with ArkClaw A. When you integrate Bot A with ArkClaw B, the system will remove its integration with ArkClaw A.
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select "Connect to Feishu".
- Select the "Quick configuration" tab, select "Connect Feishu CLI" as needed, and click "Generate QR code".

- Click "Existing application".
- Select the Feishu bot you wish to use, and then click the "Confirm" button as guided on the page to add permissions and callback configuration.
If you cannot scan the QR code with the Feishu app installed on your phone, you can select an existing Feishu application via the PC browser.- Click "Open in browser".
- Click "Existing application".
- After you select the Feishu bot that you want to use, follow the on-screen instructions and click "Confirm" to add permissions and callback configurations.
- Once the bot is created, ArkClaw will automatically configure the new bot information for you.
warning
During the configuration process, ArkClaw needs to restart the gateway. Please wait for the process to complete. If there is no response for a long time, we recommend that you restore ArkClaw to its factory settings and configure the bot information again by following the instructions in this step.
- When the output appears as shown below, it indicates that the target agent has completed the Feishu bot configuration. You can close the message channel configuration page.
- If you have selected "Connect Feishu CLI", authorize linking to Feishu CLI.

Usage examples
You can not only chat with ArkClaw through the Feishu bot, but also use ArkClaw to manage Feishu documents, search and summarize Feishu messages, create Feishu schedules, and perform other operations via the bot.

Authorize the bot in batches
If you want ArkClaw to use Feishu features such as documents, multi-dimensional tables, and calendars via the Feishu bot, you need to ensure that the corresponding permissions have been granted to the bot.

Generate Feishu documents
You can ask ArkClaw to save task results as Feishu documents for convenient viewing and sharing within Feishu.

Integrate a WeChat bot
Use the WeChat app to scan the QR code, and ArkClaw can quickly help you integrate the WeChat bot.
warning
If a WeChat bot has already been configured for your ArkClaw, the existing bot information will be overwritten by the new one.
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select “Connect WeChat”.
- In the pop-up window, click the “Execute now” button.
- The target ArkClaw will initialize in the terminal and generate an authorization QR code.
warning
Do not close the terminal page before completing the WeChat bot integration process.
- Enable the WeChat ClawBot plugin.
- Use the WeChat app installed on your phone to scan the QR code.
- If a prompt indicates "The current WeChat version is outdated" after you scan the QR code, follow the on-screen instructions to update WeChat and scan the code again.
warning
If the same prompt appears after you update WeChat, wait 1 to 3 minutes, and then follow steps 2 and 3 to generate a new QR code and scan it.
- Click the "Connect" button to confirm enabling the WeChat ClawBot plugin.
- After authorization, ArkClaw will automatically configure the WeChat bot information for you.

- When the message similar to the following example is displayed, it indicates that ArkClaw has completed the WeChat bot configuration, and you can close the terminal interface.
- Return to your WeChat app. You can now chat with ArkClaw via your WeChat bot.
- After closing the WeChat bot chat window, you can search for "WeChat ClawBot" to find the bot again and continue the conversation.
Integrate a WeCom bot
Quickly create and integrate a bot
Simply use the WeCom app to scan the QR code and authorize access, and ArkClaw will quickly help you create a new WeCom bot and automatically integrate it for you.
warning
If a WeCom bot has already been configured for your ArkClaw, the existing bot information will be overwritten by the new one.
Step 1: Scan the code to create and integrate the bot
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select “Connect WeCom”.
- In the pop-up window, select "Quick pairing" and click the "Generate QR code" button.
- After the QR code is generated, use the WeCom app installed on your phone to scan the QR code.
- Create a bot.
warning
Start creating a bot within 1 minute after scanning the code. If the operation times out, scan the QR code again to create the bot.
- Click the "One-click create intelligent bot" button to start the bot creation process.
- Click the "Confirm authorization" button to grant the bot permissions to access chat information, schedule, and more.
- Adjust the bot name as needed, and click the "Go to use" button to enter the conversation page.
- Once the bot is created, ArkClaw will automatically configure the new bot information for you.

Step 2: Pair with the WeCom bot
- Send any message to the bot (for example: Hello) to obtain the pairing command.
- Return to the ArkClaw chat page and send "Execute WeCom pairing command openclaw pairing approve wecom xxxx, and return the result" to it.
warning
Replace openclaw pairing approve wecom xxxx with the complete pairing command you obtained in the previous step.
- You can now chat with ArkClaw through the WeCom bot.
Integrate an existing bot
Step 1: Adjust the bot configuration
- Use an account with enterprise administrator permissions to log in to the WeCom official website.
- In the left directory, select "Security and Management > Management Tools > Management", and then click the "Details" button for the target bot.
- On the bot details page, click the "Edit" button.
- Change "Connection method" to "Use persistent connection". Click the "Click to obtain" button to generate the Secret.
- Record the Bot ID and Secret for integration with ArkClaw.
Step 2: Configure WeCom bot information in ArkClaw
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select "Connect WeCom".
- In the pop-up window, select "Manual configuration", enter the Bot ID and Secret you obtained, and click the "Confirm" button to submit the configuration request.

During the configuration process, ArkClaw needs to restart the gateway. Please wait for the process to complete. If there is no response for a long time, we recommend that you restore ArkClaw to its factory settings and configure the bot information again by following the instructions in this step.
- When the "WeCom message channel configured" message appears, you have configured the bot information in ArkClaw.
Step 3: Pair with the WeCom bot
- Send any message to the bot (for example: Hello) to obtain the pairing command.
- Return to the ArkClaw chat page and send "Execute WeCom pairing command openclaw pairing approve wecom xxxx, and return the result" to it.
warning
Replace openclaw pairing approve wecom xxxx with the complete pairing command you obtained in the previous step.
- You can now chat with ArkClaw through the WeCom bot.
Integrate a DingTalk bot
Step 1: Create and configure a DingTalk bot
tip
If you already have a DingTalk bot, skip Step 1 and complete other configuration operations.
Step 1: Create a DingTalk application
- Log in to the DingTalk Open Platform and click the "Create" button.
tip
To create a DingTalk application, your DingTalk account must have developer permissions. You can contact your organization administrator to obtain developer permissions for the DingTalk Open Platform.
- In the directory tree on the left, select "Enterprise internal applications > DingTalk applications", and click the "Create application" button in the upper right corner of the page.
- Configure the name, icon, and other information of the application, and click the "Save" button.
Step 2: Grant the application permission to send card messages
- Log in to the DingTalk application console, and click the name of the application you created earlier to enter its details page.
- In the directory tree on the left, select "Development configuration > Permission management".
- Enter Card in the search box, select "Interactive card instance write permission" and "AI card streaming update permission", and then click the "Batch apply" button to complete the operation.
- Enter qyapi_robot_sendmsg in the search box, and click the "Activate now" button in the operation column to the right of "Intra-enterprise bot message sending permission" to complete the operation.
Step 3: Configure the DingTalk bot
- In the directory tree on the left, select "Application capability > Add application capability", and click the "Add" button on the "Bot" card.
- On the bot configuration page, turn on the bot configuration switch.
- Set "Message receiving mode" to "Stream mode".
- Click the "Publish" button to save the configuration.
- In the pop-up window, click the "Publish" button to complete the editing.
tip
After publishing, keep "Bot configuration" enabled.
Step 4: Publish the application version for the configuration to take effect
- In the directory tree on the left, select "Application publication > Version management and release", and click the "Create new version" button.
- Configure the version number, visibility scope, and other information of the application as needed, and click the "Save" button.
- In the pop-up window, click the "Confirm publication" button to publish the application version.
Step 5: Obtain the bot Client ID and Client Secret
- In the directory tree on the left, select "Basic Info > Credentials & Basic Info".
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
tip
The obtained Client ID and Client Secret will be used to configure ArkClaw. Keep them secure.
Step 2: Configure DingTalk bot information in ArkClaw
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select "Connect DingTalk".
- Enter the bot Client ID and Client Secret you obtained, and click the "Confirm" button to submit the configuration request.

During the configuration process, ArkClaw needs to restart the gateway. Please wait for the process to complete. If there is no response for a long time, we recommend that you restore ArkClaw to its factory settings and configure the bot information again by following the instructions in this step.
- When the "DingTalk message channel configured" message appears, you have configured the bot information in ArkClaw.
- Search for the bot name in your DingTalk app and enter the conversation interface.
- You can now chat with ArkClaw through the DingTalk bot.
Integrate a Weibo bot
Step 1: Obtain bot credentials
- Log in to the Weibo web version or mobile app.
- Search for "Weibo claw assistant".
- Send a direct message "Connect claw" to obtain the bot AppId and AppSecret.
Step 2: Configure Weibo bot information in ArkClaw
- Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.
- On the ArkClaw chat interface, click "... > Configure message channel".
- Select "Connect Weibo".
- In the pop-up window, select "Weibo", enter the bot AppId and AppSecret you obtained, and click the "Confirm" button to submit the configuration request.

- Once ArkClaw completes the update, the Weibo bot information is configured successfully.
- You can now chat with ArkClaw through the Weibo claw assistant.
