Dear ArkClaw users:

To further optimize your product experience and thank you for your support and trust, we will provide a free storage capacity upgrade for ArkClaw Standard edition. Details are as follows:

Core upgrade information

Change: Persistent storage for ArkClaw Standard edition will be upgraded free of charge from 40 GB to 60 GB. The package price will remain unchanged. You will be charged no extra fees.

Effective time: Officially effective from April 21, 2026.

Eligible users: All ArkClaw users (including new and existing users).

Impact on your service

New ArkClaw users: Starting from April 21, 2026, newly purchased ArkClaw Standard edition instances will come with 60 GB persistent storage by default, with no additional operation required.

Existing ArkClaw users: We will perform online scale-up for your current Standard edition instances from April 21, 2026 to April 26, 2026. The scale-up will be automatically completed in the background without accessing your data or altering data structures, or requiring instance restarts, data migration, or manual operations. Once the scale-up is completed, the additional 20 GB storage will be available immediately. Your package price, billing cycle, and other existing benefits will remain unchanged, with no impact on normal usage.

This free upgrade is intended to provide you with expanded storage capabilities. Thank you for your continued trust and support for ArkClaw. If you have any questions while using the service, you can contact the official customer service at any time.
