Purchasing and using ArkClaw vouchers

This topic describes how to purchase ArkClaw vouchers and redeem them for ArkClaw instances in the console. For the complete usage process, parameter descriptions, and notes about Volcano Engine vouchers, see Managing vouchers.

After purchasing an ArkClaw voucher, you can use it personally or transfer it to another account.

Concept

Concept	Description
Voucher	A type of shopping voucher used to redeem specified products or services from a merchant. The core function is product redemption instead of discount provision.
Coupon	An account asset issued to users by the Volcano Engine platform. It can be used to deduct the order amount of subscription products and the fees of postpaid products.

Use and redemption rules of vouchers

Type	rule	Description
Redemption limits	Validity period status	The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue or purchase. You must redeem it within the validity period. It becomes invalid upon expiration.
Redemption limits		Redemption limits	Usage scope Vouchers can only be redeemed for ArkClaw instances separately. You cannot redeem them for combined packages of ArkClaw and other Volcano Engine products (for example, ArkClaw + Agent Plan). Quota extraction Each voucher must be redeemed in full at one time and cannot be split. For example, if you have a voucher with a 10-month quota, you must redeem the 10-month service duration all at once. You cannot redeem it in monthly installments. Single-use only Each redemption code can be redeemed only once and cannot be reused. After a successful redemption, the code immediately becomes invalid, and the voucher status changes to Redeemed.
Instance- and billing-related attributes	Unsubscription rule	You cannot unsubscribe from ArkClaw instances purchased via voucher redemption.
Instance- and billing-related attributes		Relationship with first purchase discounts	Purchasing or redeeming vouchers does not forfeit the first-purchase discount eligibility of the account, nor does it impact regular usage of first-purchase benefits.

Scenario 1: Vouchers for self-use

Step 1: Purchase an ArkClaw voucher

Go to the ArkClaw voucher purchase page.

Refer to the following table to configure the ArkClaw voucher.

Parameter	Description
Rule description	Please carefully review the voucher usage rules to protect your rights and interests.
Edition	ArkClaw vouchers can be used for Starter, Standard, and Premium ArkClaw instances for the needs in different scenarios. Select the ArkClaw edition that you want to purchase. The applicable scenarios for each edition are as follows. Learn more. Starter: For basic personal agent use, meeting initial exploration and entry-level needs. Standard: For personal workflow integration, meeting daily work and life needs. Premium: For scenarios such as One Person Company (OPC), with multi-concurrent step reasoning and tool interaction capabilities. This edition currently only supports Coding Plan Pro.
Voucher quota	Select the service duration (in months) redeemable with a single redemption voucher. This quota must be redeemed in full at one time and cannot be split.
Quantity	The total number of vouchers to be purchased in this order.
Validity period	The valid period of a voucher defaults to 1 year and cannot be modified.
Use coupon	Select whether to use an available coupon in your account to offset the order fee. For information about how to obtain coupons and the applicable scope, see Managing coupons. Checked (default): The system automatically matches the optimal coupon for your current order to maximize the offset amount. Unchecked: No coupon is used for this transaction, and the order is settled based on the actual payable amount.

After reading and agreeing to the relevant ArkClaw/Volcano Engine service rules, click the "Pay now" button to enter the payment page.

After you join the User Experience Improvement Program, Volcano Engine will, based on the necessary diagnostic data uploaded by ArkClaw, help you quickly diagnose issues and optimize service quality. You can also quit the User Experience Improvement Program at any time. Learn more.

On the payment page, confirm the order and amount information, select a payment method, and click "Pay now" to complete the payment.

Step 2: Obtain the voucher and use it

After the voucher is purchased, the system generates a redemption code that can be redeemed for ArkClaw.

Redeem the voucher

After successful payment, in the pop-up window, click the "View voucher" button.

tip

You can also go to "Billing center > Voucher management > Redemption code list" to view the generated redemption code.

Click the "Redemption code list" tab, and in the "Actions" column of the target redemption code, click "Redeem".

After you confirm that the pending redemption information is correct, click "Confirm redemption".

Security authentication: In the pop-up window, enter the verification code sent to your email by Volcano Engine. Complete secondary verification to finish unsubscribing.

Volcano Engine will send a verification code to your registered security email or mobile number. Check your email for the code. Learn more.

Use the voucher

Click "Redeem now" and select an ArkClaw creation method as needed in the dialog box.

Custom creation (suitable for professional users)
Create based on agent template (recommended for beginners)

Select the "Custom" card and click the "Create now" button to create an ArkClaw without a preset soul and skills. After creation, you can manually configure a custom soul, select and associate the required skills, and perform other actions as needed.

Suitable for professional users who can plan the business logic clearly in personalized scenarios.

After reading and agreeing to the relevant ArkClaw service rules, click the "Pay now" button to enter the payment page.

On the payment page, confirm the order and amount information, select a payment method, and click "Pay now" to complete the payment.

After creation completes, you can click the "Enter chat" button to start a conversation with ArkClaw.

Scenario 2: Vouchers transferred to other accounts

You can transfer your voucher redemption code to another account.

Step 1: Obtain the voucher redemption code

Purchase a voucher: Follow Step 1: Purchase an ArkClaw voucher to complete the voucher purchase.

View and obtain the redemption credential

In the pop-up window, click the "View voucher" button.

tip

You can also go to "Billing center > Voucher management > Redemption code list" to view the generated redemption code.

Click the "Redemption code list" tab. You can obtain your redemption code based on the business needs.

warning

The redemption code is the only credential for voucher redemption. Keep it safe and do not share it. If it is lost or leaked, your voucher may be redeemed by others.

Batch export: Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the list, and then click "Continue download" to obtain a local file containing all valid redemption codes.

Single extraction: In the row where the target voucher is located, click the icon to extract a single redemption code.

Complete additional authentication: If the message "Additional authentication required" appears, enter the verification code sent to your email by Volcano Engine in the pop-up window. After completing the secondary verification, you can complete this action. Otherwise, skip this step.

Volcano Engine will send a verification code to your registered security email or mobile number. Check your email for the code. Learn more.

Transfer the obtained redemption code to the target account, and remind the account holder to securely keep the code to prevent disclosure and unauthorized use.

Step 2: ArkClaw redemption by the recipient

The account that receives the redemption code can redeem it for an ArkClaw instance.

Enter Voucher management.

On the Voucher list page, click the "Redeem voucher" button.

In the voucher redemption input box, paste or enter the redemption code transferred to you by the purchaser.

After you confirm the information, click "Confirm redemption" to complete the redemption.

Click "Redeem now".

Click "Redeem now" and select an ArkClaw creation method as needed in the dialog box.

Custom creation (suitable for professional users)
