Billing overview

This topic describes package billing, first purchase discounts, unsubscription rules, and expiration instructions to help you understand the related billing rules and usage specifications.

Billing mode and promotion

ArkClaw uses a package-based unified billing mode. You can choose a package based on your business requirements, and the expenses are settled based on the selected package.

Limited-time first purchase discount promotion

When you purchase ArkClaw for the first time, you can enjoy a limited-time special discount. For details, see Limited-time first purchase discount promotion.

Limited-time renewal discount promotion

When you renew ArkClaw, you can enjoy a limited-time special discount. For details, see Limited-time renewal discount promotion.

Long-term discount packages for new purchase/renewal

When you purchase or renew ArkClaw via subscribing to certain packages, you can enjoy long-term special discounts with stable discounted prices, without waiting for promotions. For details, see Long-term first purchase discount package.

Billing method and description

ArkClaw adopts a prepaid billing mode, requiring you to pay before using the service. For details, see Billing method and description.

Instructions on renewal

To ensure your ArkClaw can be used continuously for a long period, renew it before expiration to extend its validity.

Instructions on unsubscription

If you no longer need to use ArkClaw, you can unsubscribe from it.

Instructions on expiration

When your ArkClaw expires, it stops immediately. However, the platform reserves a resource retention period for you. Resources are automatically cleared after the period ends. Learn more.

Validity period

The validity period of ArkClaw is the duration you paid for (UTC+8 time). A billing cycle starts when the resources are delivered (accurate to the second) and ends at 23:59:59 on the expiration date.

For example, if you purchase 10 prepaid ArkClaw Standard at 14:00:00 on March 16, 2026, for a duration of 1 month, the billing cycle is from 14:00:00 on March 16, 2026, to 23:59:59 on April 16, 2026.
