[Important notification] Description of professional database solution adjustment

Dear Volcano Engine user:

To further improve our product capabilities and service model, and to enhance the unified access and management experience for professional database services, we will adjust the solution for professional database-related capabilities. Details are as follows:

1. Schedule of changes

Matters	Effective time	Description
Prohibition of new enablement	July 4, 2026, 00:00:00	The professional database feature will no longer be enabled. You can continue using this feature normally if your Claw instances already have this feature enabled until the existing solution is discontinued on July 30, 2026. If you need to use the professional database feature, pay attention to the release schedule of the upcoming upgraded solution.
Discontinuion of existing solution	July 30, 2026, 00:00:00	The professional database feature will be officially discontinued, and related services are no longer available.
Launching of the upgraded solution	Before the end of July 2026	The upgraded professional database solution will be launched. Relevant capabilities are provided uniformly through connector - MCP service access.

2. Impact and recommendations

For users who want to access the professional database feature:

From July 4, 2026, 00:00:00, the existing solution will no longer support new enablement. We recommend that you suspend related evaluation, testing, or integration for now. After the upgraded solution is officially launched, you can complete integration with the new method.

For users who are using the existing solution:

The existing solution will be officially discontinued at 00:00:00 on July 30, 2026, after which the service will no longer be available. We recommend that you complete your business assessment and migration preparations in advance to ensure your business continuity.

3. Billing description for the upgraded solution

The upgraded solution requires you to purchase the high-quality dataset product separately, and data calls are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. The postpaid fees after exceeding the quota per call are as follows:
