Instructions on unsubscription

To avoid unnecessary fees, unsubscribe from ArkClaw if you no longer need it.

tip

After unsubscription, the platform will notify you via SMS/email/internal message based on the notification method you specify, to inform you whether the unsubscription was successful.

Description of calculation items

Calculation item	Explanation
Actual order value	The actual amount paid by the user when the user places an order, excluding the amount covered by voucher deduction.
Monthly listed price	The official sales price published on the Volcano Engine official website and relevant customer-facing documents, without any discounts or promotional offers applied.
Usage duration (days)	The actual service consumption duration of the order. Calculation formula: Usage duration = Refund time - Order start time Usage duration is calculated in calendar days. Any period less than one full calendar day is counted as one day.
Applicable discount	The product discount coefficient applied at the time of purchase (such as 10% off = 0.9, no discount = 1.0).
Voucher deduction amount	The amount reduced by vouchers used during order placement. A voucher is an account asset issued by Volcano Engine. If the applicable product is displayed as ArkClawX, the voucher can be used for ArkClaw. Learn more.

Considerations

Once the unsubscription takes effect, the following consequences will occur. Please confirm:

Service suspension: Your ArkClaw service will immediately stop and cannot be used.

Data retention and deletion: The system will retain your historical data for 7 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Limited-time renewal: During the 7-day retention period, you can renew to restore availability of ArkClaw.

Refund policy: For unsubscription and refund, only the actual paid amount will be refunded. Used vouchers will not be returned.

Unsubscription procedure

Go to the unsubscription page.

Switch to the target ArkClaw page. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the details icon.

On the ArkClaw details page, select the "Status and usage" tab.

Select "··· > Unsubscribe".

You will be redirected to the unsubscription management page. Confirm the information and click the "Submit order" button.

After you confirm the information again, select the unsubscription reason and click the "Confirm" button.

In the pop-up window, enter the verification code sent to your email by Volcano Engine. Complete secondary verification to finish unsubscribing.

Volcano Engine will send a verification code to your registered security email or mobile number. Check your email for the code. Learn more.

Expected results

SMS/email/internal message notification: After you unsubscribe from ArkClaw, the platform will send a notification to your specified notification method, including SMS, email, or internal message, to inform you whether the unsubscription was successful. The notification content is similar to the image below.
