Join/exit User Experience Improvement Program
To continuously optimize the product features and service quality of ArkClaw, and provide more efficient and accurate troubleshooting and support, ArkClaw offers the User Experience Improvement Program. You can join or exit the program at any time based on your preferences and needs.​
Join User Experience Improvement Program​
After you join the program, ArkClaw will collect necessary diagnostic data in strict compliance with the ArkClaw User Experience Improvement Program Agreement, helping you quickly troubleshoot issues and improve service quality.​
  1. Log in to the ArkClaw console and switch to the target ArkClaw page.​
  1. At the bottom of the directory tree on the left side of the ArkClaw chat page, select "... > User Experience Improvement Program" to enable this feature.​
  1. In the pop-up window, click the "Confirm" button to submit the operation request.​
  1. Once the ArkClaw update is complete, you can officially join the User Experience Improvement Program.​
Exit User Experience Improvement Program​
If you are sensitive to data sharing, or your enterprise or team has strict compliance requirements on data sharing, you can exit this program at any time. We will stop collecting relevant diagnostic data after you exit.​
  1. At the bottom of the directory tree on the left side of the ArkClaw chat page, select "... > User Experience Improvement Program" to disable this feature.​
  1. In the pop-up window, click the "Confirm" button to submit the operation request.​
  1. Once the ArkClaw update is complete, you can disable the User Experience Improvement Program feature.​
