Managing ArkClaw

Deleting ArkClaw

After your ArkClaw expires or is unsubscribed, the platform will retain the resources for 7 days. After the retention period, the system will automatically clear the related data and delete ArkClaw. If you no longer need to keep ArkClaw, you may actively delete it within the resource retention period. This will release unused resources in a timely manner and improve your experience.

Considerations

Only ArkClaw instances in Package expired or Stopped status can be manually deleted.

Deleting ArkClaw will permanently delete all conversation memories, snapshots, configurations, and cloud disk data. This operation is irreversible. Please proceed with caution.

Procedure

Switch to the target ArkClaw page and click the Claw details page icon in the upper-right corner.

Select the "Status and usage" tab, and click the "···> Delete" button.

In the pop-up window, confirm the ArkClaw information, check "I am aware of the relevant risks", and click "Confirm deletion" to complete the operation.
